To meet the minimum spend requirement a drinks reception must be booked . Alternatively, a minimum of €300 of drinks vouchers can be pre-purchased.

How do I book the big top for events?
Please fill out the booking form below. This form doesn’t confirm a booking. It is an enquire form only. Our dedicated Events coordinator will be in touch to confirm your selected date. Please note a non refundable booking is required in due course to confirm a booking. This deposit is applied as credit to your bill on the day of event.
HOW MANY GUESTS CAN THE BIG TOP ACCOMMODATE
The Big Top has seating for approximately 20 guests. This leaves ample standing space for mingling and dancing.35 to 45 guests is the ideal number for this room.
I AM PLANNING A SMALL WEDDING PARTY IN DUBLIN, CAN YOU HELP?
Small weddings are a big event at Dollys . Post wedding parties are frequently booked with us. We have numerous break out areas which can be used while the room is reset for an evening reception.
What times is the space private for my event?
Room hire is from 7.30pm. An earlier start can be facilitated upon request. Esclusivity is guaranteed up to 10pm. After this time the space opens to the Public to become a dance floor. Please note that unattended coats etc will be moved to nearest coat hangers.
DO YOU HAVE A SOUND SYSTEM & TV SCREEN?
Yes, we have a three channel mixing desk that a musician can plug into. All the musicians need to supply is mic, leads and a stand. We do not recommend a DJ with this space but our sound system can facilitate plugging a laptop, tablet or phone into to play music. There is a 75″ tv also which has sky channels. A laptop or USB stick can be plugged in also.
CAN I DECORATE THE FUNTION ROOM?
Unfortunately we do not permit balloons, banners and table decorations.

CAN YOU DO A SIT DOWN MEAL IN THE BIG TOP?
We do not offer sit down meals. Catering is limited to snacks and finger food. Tea/Coffee stations are possible.

IS THERE A MINIMUM NUMBER OF GUESTS REQUIRED TO BOOK THE BIG TOP FUNCTION ROOM?
Yes, we require a minimum of 30 guests.

There is no room hire fee. However, a minimum spend of €300 is required
